Unable to log in
User reports being unable to log in to TurningPoint to respond to a clicker session in class.
Reset your password
You will need to set up your account before you can join sessions in class. If you haven’t received the set up email from TurningTechnologies.eu you can select to reset your password, and prompt the system to send you a second email.
To do this, you will need to log into https://account.turningtechnologies.eu/account/
Here you can enter your NUI Galway email address (e.g. XXXXXX@nuigalway.ie)
You can select the Forgot your Password link, and ask the system to send you an email with a reset password option. Open your NUI Galway email and click on the Reset your password link. This will enable you to reset your password and log in successfully.
NB. You must use your official NUI Galway student email address, as this is your licensed account.
Check your region
Also, check the settings on your TurningPoint app that you have selected the Region: Europe/Africa/Middle East/Russia. If you have selected another region, be to reset your region.
