Why am I getting the error message "No sevice currently active" in Turnitin?

Description of problem:

If you are still using the Classic view the 'No service currently  active' message can appear on the right hand side.

Turnitin released an upgrade to their service called Feedback Studio which combines originality checking and GradeMark in a unified  interface. The interface has been  redesigned to make better use of the space available on screen, to help  markers navigate around a students paper, and to improve compatibility  with mobile devices. If you had been using Turnitin previously using the Classic view, you may need to ensure you are using the upgraded Feedback Studio interface.

Solution:

You need to click Try the new Feedback Studio located on the top of the screen for the options to appear.
